Refund policy
General information
-All Sales are final . No Refunds or exchanges until it was our wrong doing.
-No cancellations on already placed orders.
-If you receive an item with an issue, please email info@mmmmyummy.com with a picture, order number, your name, and description of the defect to discuss the next step.
-We are not responsible lost or damaged items caused by the shipping provider. The shipping provider will compensate.
-If your items are returned to sender due to an address error during your purchase, you will be responsible to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
-All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-14 business days ( WEEKENDS, WHOLESALE and HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED) .
-USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. Please also check with your local post office after 10 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your complete shipping address.
-Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.
-If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue.
-Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and wrongful delivery location ) MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.
-We use USPS standard priority shipping and your item should arrive within 3-5 business days once in transit. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during checkout, once shipped. (Check junk mail )
-Please take your time when entering your email address and shipping address at check out.
(DUE TO THE HEAVY VOLUME OF EMAILS, IF YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT INFORMATION, IT MAY NOT BE CAUGHT IN TIME, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.)
-If you have not received a tracking number within in 7-10 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact info@mmmmyummy.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.
-A discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us before you place your order info@mmmmyummy.com
